Shipping, Return/Exchange Policy

Shipping times:

Pre-orders will require at least 3-4 days to create and 3-4 days to ship.

Delivery of available pieces within Lahore would take 2 to 4 days, outside Lahore 3 to 6 days.

IF YOU ORDER IS URGENT, PLEASE CONTACT ON INSTAGRAM or WHATSAPP.

1: We can not ensure delivery at any specific date or time.
2: Exact delivery is upto the courier service( Call Courier ).
3: Only online paid Orders will be sent to hospitals, hostels, schools or universities.

WE TAKE ORDER CONFIRMATIONS VIA WHATSAPP FOR ANY ORDER PLACED, IF THE AUTOMATED MESSAGE IS NOT REPLIED TO, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

Shipping problems:

I am not responsible for any orders lost in the mail due to insufficient address or other situation beyond my direct control and no refunds will be given in such situations.

If an order is "returned to sender" due to an insufficient address, the customer must pay the shipping costs to have it shipped back.

Refund/Exchange Policy:


Refunds will ONLY be issued if the wrong item is shipped. In order to receive a refund in this situation, I must be contacted with photographic proof of the error within 24 hours of the order being delivered. The item must then be sent back to me within a week and the money will be refunded once I receive it.

When claiming broken items, please take the unboxing video as proof. No exchange or refund will be made without proof.

No refund, exchange will be offered if the returned product is received in a broken condition (damaged on delivery)

No refund, exchange will be offered on custom orders unless the product received is different. 

Custom orders are non refundable.

Items can also be exchanged in the above situation (eg a customer orders a piece in gold but is sent a silver one, it can be exchanged if it is sent back within a week).

I am not responsible for errors/damages caused by the customer or the postal service and will not issue refunds in any of these situations.

We do not claim anti-tarnish properties for most of our Jewelry, a refund or exchange claim for tarnish prone pieces will not be entertained. 

Wear and tear is usually mentioned with each piece, if you do not take precautions and the jewelry piece gets tarnished or breaks, we are not responsible.

If the package is lost at the post office, the money will not be refunded.

No order cancellations or refunds.
